The March/April issue of Community Assets magazine featured a case tried to verdict in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas by Reidenbach & Associates, LLC. The trial court verdict was upheld on appeal to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. The ruling upheld a verdict awarding 100% of attorneys’ fees to the firm. The ruling is the first of its kind in Pennsylvania in over fifteen years and is significant for condominium and homeowners associations throughout the region. Read more on pages 22-23...
