Scott R. Reidenbach, Esq. presented a Legal Rights Workshop to Villanova University’s Freshman student-athletes at Villanova’s Connelly Center, Villanova, PA. For the tenth consecutive year, Scott R. Reidenbach, Esq. spoke to Villanova’s Freshman student-athletes about the privilege of being a Division I athlete, the expectations of student-athletes and the microscope under which they play and live in today’s sports obsessed society. Mr. Reidenbach gave an overview of several Pennsylvania laws pertaining mostly to underage drinking, false identification, DUI and disorderly conduct. He also discussed the legal, financial, career and long term ramifications of being charged or convicted of a crime.
