About Our Firm

Our History

In the summer of 2007, the United States began to experience the first signs of what would eventually become known as the greatest recession of our generation. Over 8 million jobs were shed during the downturn, the Dow Jones lost roughly half of its value and the housing bubble burst. Local law firms began to lay off attorneys in droves, many firms merged and some even went out of business altogether. In short, it was probably the most ill-advised period of time for someone to start a new business and take on risk. It was during this time that Reidenbach & Associates, LLC (“R&A”) was formed.

Taking a close look at the lessons learned from the collapsed economy, R&A quickly concluded that clients now craved, if not required, extreme value, bottom line advice and counsel, unparalleled practice area expertise and knowledge and a soothing bedside manner second to none.

With these principles in mind, in the summer of 2007, R&A opened its first office in Radnor, PA with no employees, a small handful of clients and cautious, optimistic trepidation! After a series of successful transactions, settlements and outcomes, the growing firm moved and expanded its headquarters to Wayne, PA in the summer of 2010 and shortly thereafter, opened satellite offices in Marlton, NJ and Center City Philadelphia.

Since its inception, the firm has steadily grown to eight attorneys, four office locations and several hundred clients. From professional athletes, to planned community associations, to the nation’s largest homebuilder to local business owners and families, the firm has proudly become one of the most trusted and sought after legal resources on the Main Line and beyond.

Associations have very specialized legal needs and issues. The Reidenbach firm not only has depth, experience and savvy, but a keen understanding of the business and financial aspects of planned communities that has made them a "go to" firm in this region   Gus Rubbo
