Rob Shulman is an attorney at Reidenbach & Associates, LLC.  Rob concentrates his practice in the areas of Condominium and Community Association Law, Real Estate and related areas, including drafting and negotiating of agreements, mortgage lending, and leasing. He has represented regional and national banks, developers, landlords, property managers, tenants, brokers and declarants as well as hundreds of condominium and planned community associations throughout the region that are the firm’s clients.

Prior to coming to Reidenbach & Associates, Rob worked for several prestigious law firms, including Reed Smith, Wolf Block and Cozen O’Connor.  Rob specializes in transactional law and has extensive experience working with developers to create and maintain condominium and planned communities and with banks and real estate investment trusts in financing, land acquisition and sales, and other complex commercial transactions.  Rob also has helped hundreds of residential homeowners to sell and purchase their homes.  Rob enjoys helping clients through the process from start to finish, from drafting and negotiating the agreement of sale to reviewing and resolving title issues to attending settlement. Rob has also assisted many homeowners with negotiating construction contracts for additions to their homes and easement and other agreements to resolve boundary conflicts for their properties

Personal

  • Rob was born in Lower Gwynedd, PA and after much international travel (including stints living in Israel and India) currently resides with his wife Alicia in Wyndmoor, PA.
  • Rob has practiced ashtanga yoga daily for many years.
  • Rob has counseled and assisted many “green” organizations with their initiatives.

Fun Facts

  • Rob served for a year in a combat unit of the Israeli army.
  • Rob worked as a goat shepherd and organic farmer before he entered the law..
