Scott R. Reidenbach is the founding principal of Reidenbach & Associates, LLC. Mr. Reidenbach is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell in Pennsylvania. Mr. Reidenbach concentrates his practice in the areas of Condominium and Community Association Law, Construction Litigation, Real Estate and related areas of real estate including transactions, litigation, landlord and tenant, and leasing. He has represented regional and national builders, developers and declarants as well as several hundred residential planned communities (condominium and homeowner associations) throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and the Greater Philadelphia Region.
Scott began his career with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin representing and defending property owners, individuals, physicians, hospitals and businesses in litigation matters involving claims of premises liability, medical malpractice and personal injuries. As an associate attorney with Steven L. Sugarman & Associates, Scott’s practice grew and transformed into insurance defense litigation of claims filed against condominium and homeowner associations sued for director and officer and premises liability claims.
Mr. Reidenbach has extensive experience with claims and issues involving stucco, water intrusion, moisture, construction scheduling, construction defects, subcontractor issues, building codes, framing, contract disputes and insurance claims. He also has deep and broad experience with residential planned community (condominium and homeowner associations) issues such as drafting governing documents and Public Offering Statements, amending Declarations, Bylaws and Rules & Regulations, project approval processes, land development, financial security, additional and convertible real estate, budgeting, assessments, phasing in of units, Board control and governance, property management, dispute resolution, condemnation and eminent domain, meetings, minutes and voting.
Scott has tried numerous cases before juries in all of the surrounding counties and conducted arbitrations and mediations across Southeastern Pennsylvania. He has argued and appeared before the Pennsylvania Superior Court (Middle and Eastern District) and he has obtained what has been recognized as the fastest civil jury verdict (six minutes) in the history of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Mr. Reidenbach’s practice also includes residential real estate transactions and litigation, business formation and litigation, and collections.
Scott has been qualified and has testified in court as an expert in the field of Condominium and Community Association Law and is a frequent lecturer, speaker and presenter on topics ranging from real estate sales and development to collections to property management.

- Pitcher for Villanova University baseball teams that won two Big East championships (1991 & 1993)

- As an eleven year old in 1982, hit 265 consecutive pitches off of a pitching machine at Cheshire Academy (CT), a record that still stands today!
